This website, amzscalewise.com, is operated by Sergey Semenenko, an independent Amazon growth consultant (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What this site collects
Inquiry form. If you send an inquiry, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address and company or brand, and — only if you choose to provide them — your Amazon marketplace(s), approximate annual Amazon revenue and a message. The form is processed by this website and delivered to me by email. It is not saved in the website’s database and is not added to any mailing list.
To protect the form from spam, the site keeps a temporary, anonymised counter derived from your IP address for up to one hour. It is used only to limit repeated submissions.
Booking a call. The “Book a call” buttons link to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If you book a call, the information you enter there (such as your name, email address and answers to the booking questions) is processed by Calendly under its own privacy notice and shared with me so we can hold the call.
Server logs. Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and analytics. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in site administrators.
External links. The site links to LinkedIn and Calendly. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.
How your information is used
Only to reply to your inquiry, to prepare for and hold a call you have booked, and for follow-up you would reasonably expect as a result. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that make this possible: website hosting, email delivery and, if you book a call, Calendly.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible engagement, and my legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed for our correspondence and any engagement that follows, and are then deleted. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

- Object to or restrict how it is used
To make a request, use the inquiry form on this site and mention “privacy request”. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
